Here are some of the most frequently asked questions!  If you don't see yours answered here, shoot us an email at ellen@crystallinibikini.com.  We answer emails same day or next!

SHIPPING- we ship priority USPS, which gets your order to you in about 2 days.  Actual suit  turnaround averages 3-4 weeks + ship time!  Shipping costs are  between $9 for first class, and $17.00 for  USPS priority .

In stock suits ship same day or next!

Express shipping is available, please contact us.  Domestic Express is $25, international express between $60-75

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES-  we offer a refund, if you ship back to us an unworn suit within 10 days of receipt, no questions asked.  Money is refunded the day the item arrives back, pending inspection.  Exchanges can be made with no issues.  Size, color, different item- let us know and we will do our best to get a replacement to you in short order.

A few other items of interest- if you're unsure regarding sizing, we recommend purchasing a practice suit!  Practice suits fit the same way our stage suits do , and we can tweak the fit of your stage suit based on how the practice suit fits!  

Did you know that we send free fabric samples?  We encourage clients to request samples to be sure the suit fabric looks just as you want it to!  Just email us with your color choices, provide a mailing address and we’ll send them out right away!
